Exhibiting: Unparalleled Opportunity to Reach the Global AIDS Community
The XVI International AIDS Conference will offer unparalleled opportunities to both commercial and non-commercial organizations to showcase their products and services to the largest gathering of HIV/AIDS professionals in the world.
In 5,000 square meters of prime exhibition space, more than 140 organizations will be represented, reaching the more than 22,000 delegates expected. Delegates will include researchers, scientists, doctors and other health care providers, political and grass-roots leaders and people living with HIV/AIDS. A large and diverse exhibition space will host booths featuring large multilateral organizations, pharmaceutical and diagnostic companies and not-for-profit NGOs, providing a unique opportunity for organizations to interact with delegates from around the world.
The exhibition floor is located on Level 800 of the MTCC. To ensure high volumes of traffic and the highest visibility, the exhibition floor is next to the plenary hall and the poster exhibitions. The area will also include an internet café, and the largest catering area is right next door.
