As we have now reached the maximum delegate capacity, pre-registration for AIDS 2006 is closed. There is a very limited number of registrations available onsite which will be distributed on a first come first serve basis.

The AIDS 2006 Registration Department reserves the right to refuse any registration if payment in full has not yet been received.

Lower Registration Fees

The Conference organisers are pleased to introduce a new fee structure for AIDS 2006. This two-tiered structure is designed to strengthen the participation of delegates from non-OECD countries.

Delegate fare discount

Star Alliance, official airline of the Conference, is pleased to offer delegates and one accompanying companion discounts off any valid Star Alliance airline published fares on certain participating airlines.

Delegate Fare Discount

VIA Rail Canada, AIDS 2006’s official passenger rail service, is pleased to offer delegates discounts of up to 40% for rail travel to the conference. Read more.

Letter of Invitation

Delegates requiring an official Letter of Invitation in order to obtain a visa to attend the Conference should contact the AIDS 2006 Registration Department.

The Letter of Invitation does not financially commit the Conference organisers in any way. All expenses incurred in relation to the Conference are the sole responsibility of the delegate.
