This workshop aims at providing practical input to equip business coalitions, as well as other relevant partners, with skills to advocate for and to advise on the planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of HIV/AIDS workplace programs. Through presentations and discussions, state-of-the-art knowledge will be transferred on how to measure the impact of HIV on the private sector, how to convince companies to implement HIV/AIDS workplace programmes as well as how to monitor, prove and communicate successes of workplace programmes. The workshop will contribute to advance the quality HIV/AIDS workplace programmes and to enhamnce the sustainability of structures needed to strengthen private sector engagement in national HIV/AIDS efforts.
